Kelowna Software Ltd. offers various training packages designed to increase the ease of use of L4U Platinum. Whether the training is conducted on site or off site (at KSL Headquarters), courses are fully customizable to specifically cater to individual groups

Online Training

Using our interactive web hosting service, WebEx, we can deliver cost effective, real time training. Online training is designed to accommodate you with flexible scheduling and the convenience of attending from your own library. Training is available for one-on-one sessions or for small groups. All you need is an Internet connection and a telephone.

On Site Training

This training package offers the opportunity to train your entire library staff (up to 12) on location at your school or library. Experienced and knowledgeable L4U Trainers will supply all trainees with training software and workbooks. As with all L4U Training Packages, courses can be custom tailored to best meet the needs of the attendee.

 

L4U Headquarters Training

This training package offers sessions at Kelowna Software World Headquarters in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. Training in Kelowna provides a great opportunity for the L4U trainees to meet our talented staff and take a tour of the headquarters. Trainees are responsible for their accommodations and airfare transportation to and from training. Kelowna Software will be happy to assist in arranging any necessary travel plans.

 

Show Me

To help users with the new features and functions we at Kelowna Software Ltd. are proud to introduce with Platinum 2.0 a new product called Show Me. Show Me is available as a subscription service to L4U Platinum 2.0 and will allow for the delivery of streaming help and training videos in focused areas of the product. For example, Show Me help videos will demonstrate; how to make barcode labels or how to customize your iPAC for your patrons. The Show Me videos are accessed directly from within the specific modules of the L4U interface.
