"The L4U Technician was a wonderful support to my "panic attack" over re-doing the turning off of inventory. I did not think it was possible to correct my mistake, but he very simply took over the server and restored the the L4U system with the back-up from the previous night. He walked me through the whole process of turning off inventory and this time all departments received their "Inventory Report" and in a timely manner. It was great! Thank you!"
