"The IdentiFi Finger Scanner is working extremely well in our secondary school library! We were looking for a cost effective solution that was compatible with our existing software and would allow students to check out items even if they had forgotten, lost, or damaged their library id cards. Initially there was a bit of concern from our Parent Advisory Committee regarding the privacy and security of recording the students’ fingerprints. When I explained that the system did not actually store a scan of their fingerprint but took only enough measurements to be able to recognize an enrolled student, and that enrollment was completely voluntary, they thought it was a great solution!"

"The L4U Technician was a wonderful support to my "panic attack" over re-doing the turning off of inventory. I did not think it was possible to correct my mistake, but he very simply took over the server and restored the the L4U system with the back-up from the previous night. He walked me through the whole process of turning off inventory and this time all departments received their "Inventory Report" and in a timely manner. It was great! Thank you!"
