'Advanced Bookings' is a separately licensed component of L4U's library automation software, designed to meet the specific needs of Centralized Resource Centers.

Shipping lists, copy management, visual calendars, pick lists, authority control and automatic shipping labels are just a few of the standard features found in L4U Advanced Bookings. Central Resource Centers can specify shipping days, holiday management, and globally circulate items with the click of a button.

Intuitive Calendar Display

Central administrators have access to an intuitive calendar display that indicates available booking dates, as well as prior bookings and Center closures/holidays at a glance. New bookings are placed by clicking on the requested date. Administrators can easily view all future bookings.

Reports & Global Circulation

With a simple click of the mouse, create check lists, pick lists, packing lists, and an unlimited number of custom reports and templates.

Time consuming media management is a thing of the past. Global Circulation automatically circulates items for that day.

Itinerant Teacher Management

L4U Advanced Bookings library software accommodates teachers who work at several locations. At the time of booking, select the appropriate location to ship materials.
