The L4U division of SRB develops, publishes, and markets the Library 4 Universal™ (L4U) library software for both Windows and Macintosh systems. This product is sold to Kindergarten to Grade 12 (K-12) schools as well as media/resource management centers throughout Canada and the United States.

Library 4 Universal™ started in 1986, when a librarian approached us with a dilemma. At that time, Library Automation Software was quite difficult to find, and the librarian wanted a management system that would circulate books and print overdues. On that note, we began developing software and the evolution of what is now known to the world as Library 4 Universal™ (L4U) had begun. Since its incorporation, L4U has never represented or manufactured any software applications other than the Library 4 Universal™ product line.
